Refund Policy – General Principles

Refund Policy

Cases Eligible for Refund

A refund for unused lesson fees will be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The lesson is canceled by the instructor and no rescheduling is possible.

  • The learner is unable to continue due to personal circumstances, and there are remaining unused lessons.

  • The request is made within 24 hours of enrollment and before attending any lessons.

Refund Conditions

  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of lesson fees, minus bank transfer or processing fees.

  • No refunds will be issued for lessons that have already been attended, regardless of the reason.

  • If preferred, learners may choose to reschedule instead of receiving a refund.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to a designated account, or via the original payment method (credit card / PayPal, etc.).

  • Any transfer or transaction fees related to the refund will be deducted from the total refund amount and must be borne by the learner.

  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days to complete.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be accepted for personal impressions, such as "the lessons were not as expected" or "I didn’t see the results I hoped for."

  • If you have any concerns about the instructor or lesson content, please consult with the instructor before starting the course.
