So you see, our daily lives are full of opportunities to learn.
If you start to dislike learning, life can become boring and uninteresting.
That’s why it’s important to know how to study well.
It also matters who you learn from and who you meet along the way.

Hello. I’m Gen, a Japanese language teacher.
I currently live in Kobe, Japan. I’m a Japan-based, native Japanese instructor.
I teach learners of all ages—from children to adults—around the world.
Recently, I’ve also been teaching Japanese to teachers of other languages. For example, English and Spanish teachers take my lessons to study Japanese.
When you teach, it quickly becomes clear whether your teaching is effective or not. That’s why teaching teachers can be challenging—but I’m grateful that many educators say, “Teacher Gen is excellent.”
Of course, I also teach absolute beginners with great care, in a gentle and easy-to-understand way.
